Arrive Brisbane Airport & proceed to Hertz Car Rental Office, complete your documentation formalities, and pick up your 9-day self-drive Hertz car and begin your fun-filled drive experience to the Gold Coast. Late afternoon, self-drive to Marina Mirage to join the 55-minute Paradise Jetboating Broadwater Adventure. Overnight stay at accommodation.
Breakfast. Early morning self-drive to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary for admission and the possibility to meet wild, colorful lorikeets with feeding. This early evening, self-drive to the 77/78-level Skypoint Observation Deck for a fabulous 360-degree view of the Gold Coast and Surfers Paradise around sunset with Italian coffee & signature cake OR a cocktail from the bar included. Breakfast. Drive to Dock C, d’Albora Marina in Nelson Bay and board the Moonshadow Dolphin Watching Cruise. Explore the marina and enjoy optional activities like parasailing. Then, drive to the lower car park at the end of James Paterson Street in Anna Bay to join the Port Stephens Sandboarding and 4WD drive adventure at Stockton Bight sand dunes, reaching heights of up to 30 meters and slopes of up to 60 degrees. Visit Murray Brewery for local beer and boutique wine tasting and explore the region. Overnight stay at the hotel.
